Karate is a martial art originating in Japan, and Ashihara Kaikan is an organization founded upon its history and legitimate succession.

芦原会館は、先代・芦原英幸より芦原英典へと正式に継承されており、団体名称に用いられている「芦原」は、この継承に基づくものです。
Ashihara Kaikan has been formally succeeded from the late Hideyuki Ashihara to Hidenori Ashihara, and the use of the name “Ashihara” in the organization’s name is based on this legitimate succession.

また、芦原会館の名称、流派名、ロゴその他の関連標章は、当館が管理する重要な権利であり、多くの国および地域において商標登録その他の法的保護の対象となっています。
Furthermore, the name “Ashihara Kaikan,” the style name, logos, and other related marks are important rights managed by our organization, and are subject to trademark registration and other legal protection in many countries and regions.

しかしながら、海外を含む一部において、この継承や正式な組織関係を正確に反映しないまま、芦原会館との関係を示すかのような名称・表示・案内がなされている場合があります。こうした表示は、関係者、入門希望者および一般の方に誤認や混乱を生じさせるおそれがあります。
However, in some cases, including overseas, names, descriptions, or notices may be used in a way that appears to suggest a relationship with Ashihara Kaikan without accurately reflecting this succession or the official organizational relationship. Such representations may cause misunderstanding and confusion among members, prospective students, and the general public.
