Asian Ashihara Karate Cup

On May 3-4, 2025, the JAR Sports Complex hosted the Asian Ashihara Karate Cup, which was attended by more than 400 fighters from 13 countries. At the opening ceremony, the following delivered welcoming remarks: Chairman of the Center for Oriental Martial Arts and Martial Arts Nasyrov Akhat Khamzievich and the official representative of the International Ashihara Karate Organization Ueno Hiroshi. According to the results of the cup, the team places were distributed as follows: 1st place Uzbekistan, 2nd place Kazakhstan, 3rd place Turkmenistan. First place in the veterans category was taken by Toshima San from Japan.
